Welcome
to the Friary

DONATION UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026

Please note that we cannot accept anymore donations for our next bargain sale – we are currently only accepting donations that will be given directly to our service users.

Specifically, this includes:
– Jogging bottoms
– Trainers
– Rucksacks
– Sleeping bags

Due to lack of storage space, we are pausing acceptance of all other items until Monday 23rd February, after our next Bargain Sale. Thank you for understanding.

The Friary is a registered charity which operates in West Bridgford, Nottingham. We empower homeless and vulnerable adults to rebuild their lives by offering practical services, advice and emotional support.

We cater for the needs of the most vulnerable in our society by supporting people into recovery and advocating for those without a voice. Every year the charity caters for 15,000 visits from local people who are suffering the effects of homelessness, substance misuse, financial destitution and social isolation.
