Donate to the Friary
We also accept useful and practical items such as clothing and non-perishable foods.
To make a donation, please visit our Just Giving page.
We empower homeless and disadvantaged adults to rebuild their lives by providing practical services, advice and emotional support.
We’re a local charity delivering frontline services to homeless people during the Covid-19 pandemic and have permission to stay open. The best way to support the Friary today is to give financially so we stay open at our Just Giving page.
For the vulnerable people we know, the Friary will provide a food delivery service.
To provide food and essential support during the Coronavirus pandemic, our Friary Drop-in Centre will be open:
Monday – Friday
09.00 – 12.00 each day
We are offering a limited but practical at the door drop-in service daily by giving out food, clothes, essential items and providing welfare support. Please respect the social distancing advice when you arrive. Please only attend our drop-in Centre if essential.
Saturday – Closed
Sunday – Closed
Emergency Accommodation to enable safer living during the Coronavirus pandemic is currently available to people who are homeless or rough sleeping, through a new scheme set up by Nottingham City Council, call our number: 0115 982 5448 for advice.
We still need your help to feed and safeguard the homeless during this pandemic. You can do so by donating here.
Because at present we have a good stock of food and access to fresh produce from local outlets, we ask you to save food donations for later in the pandemic, so we can manage the receipt and collections in the safest way. We will update you as the situation changes. Thank you.
